Walmart Supercenter and Sam's Club Construction Photos from January 16, 2006

Picture 1 is a sign designating the site of Walmart Supercenter and Sam's Club and advertising for other business to build on their outlots. Picture 2 is Walmart Supercenter in it's very late stages of construction. Picture 3 is the Sam's Club in it's very late stages of construction. The development of land is located at the intersection of the East Bismarck Expressway and 26th Street between the ND State Penitentiary and Kirkwood Mall. The Walmart Supercenters are scheduled to open late April and the Sam's Club is scheduled to open late April or early May. Look for pictures of the North Walmart Supercenter coming soon.

Pinehurst Square October 21, 2005

Picture 1 is the adjacent strip mall to the east of Kohl's still looking for tenants to join the newly opened Classy Nails store. Picture 2 is Kohl's after it's October 6 grand opening. Picture 3 is Lowe's four weeks before it's November 18 opening. Picture 4 is Best Buy on it's grand opening date, Petsmart three months before it opened, and Dollar tree to the right of Petsmart in is early stages of construction. Picture 5 is the Pinehurst Square sign. The shopping center is located on West Century Avenue by the Cracker Barrel.
